The Agency

The ESYP Talent Agency is a professional agency attached to the European School Of Young Performers and represents the finest young actors in the Entertainment Industry.

Existing students of the European School are eligible for inclusion in the ESYP Talent Agency.

Non-Students are welcomed to submit themselves to the agency. They will be invited to audition for a place on our books.

The ESYP recommend all candidates enroll for the School’s Term Time Courses which will ensure entry to the Agency and will enable individuals to take part in our Theatre Productions and Showcases which are important assets in procuring industry interest and professional work.

We have extensive contacts in the London Theatre scene as well as work with the British Film Studios on major projects. Being in the Centre of London we have good working relationships with major Casting Directors, Producers and other clients, many of whom attend our various showcases throughout the year.

The students of the ESYP also perform regularly in our 200 seat theatre space in a variety of productions aimed for public and industry professionals.

Casting Directors are in need of genuinely talented young performers to put forward for their projects. We satisfy this need as all our clients are auditioned for a place by us and are coached through our classes, workshops and public productions.

A Place in the Agency Guarantees

- Full representation by the ESYP Talent Agency who will actively put you forward for suitable productions under the areas above.

- Half Page Place in our Performer’s Directory published yearly.

- To administrate all wages for work and to liaise with the Production Companies on all money and legal issues.


Terms and Conditions

- The ESYP Talent Agency’s commission on all work is 20%.

- Winning a place on our agency books does not guarantee you work. Auditions can be sporadic and success is not assured but it is important to be seen by important figures in the industry as they will return to individuals should other specific projects arise.

- The ESYP Talent Agency is a Cadogan Entertainment Investment and all rights are reserved.
